Koppert Kenya lightens up IFTEX 2016

Nearly four thousand visitors from over fifty countries attended the 5th edition of the International Flower Trade Exhibition (IFTEX 2016) in Nairobi, Kenya. Flower buyers from all over the world had come to find opportunities and connect with some of the finest flower growers in the region.

This year’s edition of the annual show stood out as one of the best since it began in 2011. There were more than 200 exhibitors present and almost all flower growers in Kenya were well represented. Naturally, the exhibition also attracted a good number of suppliers to the flower industry who showcased their latest product offerings and innovations.

On becoming Partners with Nature

Exhibiting at this premier show for the fifth consecutive year, we were impressed by the great turnout and great interest that our visitors expressed in our products and solutions. The core agenda for Koppert Kenya was to communicate and inspire our audience to become ‘Partners with Nature’ in line with our mission.

Our stand provided a great visual experience with a full wall screen showing educative and lively videos that captivated and entertained our visitors as they learnt more about our solutions. A couple of growers were impressed that they could have a detailed view of the ‘secret’ lives of pests such as whiteflies on HD videos as their life cycle unfolded.

Our technical consultants were at hand to offer specialist advice in sustainable crop protection in a warm and welcoming environment. A lot of our visitors expressed great feedback on the quality of Koppert products and appreciated our reliability and professionalism.

On our part we were delighted at this incredible opportunity to highlight our expertise, market leadership and knowledge in sustainable crop protection. IFTEX indeed provided a great forum for us to as grow our relationships with clients and stakeholders.
