Growing for the Future—Koppert joins FreshCrop to plant trees for a Greener Tomorrow

That’s why we partnered with FreshCrop for an inspiring tree planting initiative at Purko Sheep Ranch, marking a significant moment in our ongoing efforts to protect the environment and support local communities.

This event was not just about planting trees. It was about planting hope, involving the next generation, and creating long-lasting environmental solutions that will benefit both people and the planet.

Trees Matter— For Now and the Future

On 10^th October 2024, we planted 3,000 tree seedlings with the enthusiastic participation of local students from Tipis Secondary School, FreshCrop representatives, and community members including Purko sheep ranch CEO, Mr. Joseph. This environmental activity also doubled up as a great opportunity to engage young people.

We know that trees are vital to our ecosystem from absorption of carbon dioxide, oxygen production, prevention of soil erosion, and promotion of biodiversity. For Koppert, however, this initiative goes beyond environmental benefits. It’s about showing today’s youth how small, meaningful actions can create lasting change.

Enhancing Resilience with Koppert’s Panoramix-GR
